Mike has been with McGroarty & Bradburn since 2007. He earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, serves on the Insurance Agents & Brokers(IA&B) Board of Directors, was the 2022 Insurance Person of the Year, is a former Insurance Club of Pittsburgh President and the 2014 Pittsburgh I-Day Chairman. He lives in Pittsburgh with his wife, 2 children and dog Stormy. During his free time, he likes spending time with his family and coach his kids sports teams. He enjoys hiking, golfing and watching all Pittsburgh sports. He volunteers his time to multiple charities and non-profits including Pittsburgh Children’s Hospital & The National Kidney Foundation.
Megan has been with McGroarty & Bradburn since 2011. She has earned Certificate Insurance Service Representative (CISR) Elite designation and is currently working towards earning the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. During her free time, she likes to spend time with friends and family, playing with her 2 dogs, golfing, skiing, and traveling.
Justin has more than 21 years in the insurance business and joined McGroarty and Bradburn Insurance in 2021. He lives in Mercer County. Justin specializes in helping businesses of all sizes with their risk management and insurance needs. In his free time he enjoys boating, golfing, and spending time with his family.

She lives in Pittsburgh and during her free time, she likes spending time with her family and friends, reading, being outside enjoying the sun, road trips and helping others.
Rone has been a licensed agent since 2003 and joined McGroarty & Bradburn in 2017. She has earned the Certified Insurance Representatives (CISR) designation. She lives in McDonald with her husband and daughter. During her free time, she likes spending time her family, riding motorcycles, and traveling.
Mary has over 36 years in the business. She worked for a banks Insurance Agency for over 15 years before joining McGroarty & Bradburn in 2019. She has earned the Certified Professional Insurance Agents (CPIA) designation. She lives in Imperial and during her free time she likes spending time with her family & friends, playing with her dog Blue, enjoying the outdoors & traveling. She helps with the charity for the National Kidney Foundation.
Leslie received her Property & Casualty Insurance License in 2007. She has since earned the insurance designations of Certified Insurance Service Representative , CISR and Certified Insurance Counselor, CIC. She lives in Cambridge Springs, PA with her husband and fur baby, Charlie. She has two grown children that she enjoys vacationing to see. In her free time, she loves to spend time with family and friends. As well as working outside in her vegetable and flower gardens. When not doing these, you will find her repurposing old furniture and antiquing.
Kirsten is an alumnus of Robert Morris University. She joined McGroarty & Bradburn in 2024. She is recently licensed in Property & Casualty insurance lines and is currently working to obtain the CISR designation. During her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with family, friends and two dogs.
Lisa has been a licensed agent since 2012. Educating and helping clients with their insurance needs is her passion. She grew up in NC but now lives in Franklin, PA with her husband, Bill. They have 1 son and a daughter in law. Weekends are spent floating on the river with friends, time with family and of course football in the fall. Although recent trips to Germany and Ireland have sparked a new interest in travel.
Katie has been a member of the McGroarty & Bradburn team for 9 years. Katie is the first smiling face you see when you visit our office. She’s also the happy voice that answers the phone when you call us. Over the last 9 years, Katie’s role has also expanded to client billing and claims inquiry. In her free time she likes to read, watch movies and spend time with friends and family.
Rick has been with McGroarty & Bradburn since 1999. Having a core belief that our purpose on Earth is to help others, Rick is driven to see each of his clients’ broad smile when they view his results. He lives in Pittsburgh and when he’s not with his clients, you’ll likely find him on a bike trail riding with his family, or in the cultural district of Pittsburgh. He and his wife enjoy volunteering with various local church organizations.
Rachel Argiro has been a licensed risk advisor since 2018 and joined McGroarty and Bradburn Insurance in 2024. Originally from St. Petersburg, Florida she now resides in New Castle, Pennsylvania. Outside of Insurance, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, and creating new memories with her son Roman. She also enjoys trail riding on their side by side, cooking and traveling.
Pete relishes time with his two daughters and two dogs. He is active in his church community and enjoys woodworking, volunteering, cooking, and spending time outdoors.
Cody Dolan has been in the financial planning and insurance business for 3 years and has been with McGroarty and Bradburn Insurance since January of 2018. He attended and played baseball at Winthrop University, a division 1 school in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Originally from central Pennsylvania, he now resides in Sewickley and is the assistant baseball coach at Quaker Valley. In his free time he enjoys hunting, fishing, playing golf, and paddle.
Adrien has over 17 years in the insurance industry after following both her father and brother into the industry. She earned her Certified Insurance Counselor ( CIC ) designation in 2006 and worked for a Pittsburgh bank’s Commercial Insurance division before joining McGroarty & Bradburn Insurance in 2016. Her experience is broad and diversified. She guides her clients from Start-up, though growth and expansion, as well as protecting corporate assets during mergers or sale of the business. You will also find her tenacious when following up on a loss or claim.
Outside of Insurance, she enjoys entertaining friends and family, traveling the U.S. and babysitting her two children’s adorable dogs and babies. Adrien is active in her church and community as well as a volunteer for Survivors of Suicide.
Mike has been with McGroarty & Bradburn Insurance since 2016. He has a rich and varied insurance background stretching back to 1982 and beginning with the largest publicly traded brokerage firm in the world. Mike has been a producer, office manager, and agency owner. Now he concentrates on helping his clients navigate the insurance protection marketplace. He has 3 children and is a lifelong Pittsburgh resident. He’s a huge “car guy” and can often be found at various collector car auctions around the eastern U.S.
